三春町の滝桜が満開でした　[桜] [編集]

三春町（福島県）の滝桜を見にドライブに出かけました。ちょうど満開で日曜日とあって、駐車場に入るまで時間がかかりました。福島の天気は晴れ時々曇りでした。

I have gone out to a drive to see Takizakura in Miharu-machi (Fukushima-ken). It was in full bloom and matched Sunday exactly, and it took time until I entered a parking lot. Fukushima's weather was sunny and sometimes cloudy.

樹齢が1000年以上というから驚きです。

Because It says more than 1000, an age of the cherry tree is surprise.

ソメイヨシノと違って、しだれ桜もいいものです。

The weeping cherry is different from a Someiyoshino cherry tree, and it's also a good one.

駐車料金は無料で、観桜料は300円でした。

The parking fee was free and a cherry blossom viewing charge was 300 yen.

帰りにお店に立ち寄り、桜餅を買ってきました。1個130円でしたが、とても美味しい餅でした。

I drop by a store to return and have bought a cherry blossom rice cake. It was 130 yen for 1, but it was very good rice cake.

駐車場の入り口で立っていたおばさんに話を聞いてみたら、今日は早朝6時から交通整理に立っていたそうです。帰りがけ、どこまで渋滞しているかメーターを見ていたら、約3㎞の渋滞です。いろんな地区のナンバーが見られましたから、全国から来ているのが分かります。

磐越自動車道の船引三春IC近くの芦ケ沢桜にも足を運び、写真を撮ってきました。こちらは樹齢350年だそうですから、滝桜から見れば孫みたいなものです。近くに駐車場はありませんが、さほど車の往来はなく、すぐに写真を撮ることができました。

I was also going to Ashigasawazakura in Funehiki Miharu IC neighborhood of Ban-etsu Expressway and was taking a picture. Because it's said that it's an age of the tree for 350 years, when judging from Takizakura, this is something to look like her grandchild. There were no parking lots here, but there was no traffic of cars and it was little possible to take a picture immediately.
